A non-refundable deposit of GH₵30 is required to lock in every appointment and must be sent immediately after booking.

Come with clean lashes (no mascara or makeup), avoid caffeine beforehand, and plan to relax. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen—just let us know as soon as possible.
Do you offer group bookings?
Absolutely! We love hosting bridal parties, festival crews, and special events. Contact us for group rates and availability. Our mobile service is perfect for larger groups.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care, extensions typically last 3-4 weeks. We recommend refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions.
